What are you paying in commission today?
A guesthouse with 10 rooms and 60 % occupancy typically pays 13 000 to 20 000 kr in commission, every month, to Booking.com and Airbnb. It is the biggest single operating cost after wages, and it grows with every booking you get.
Gjestly gives you a website of your own (templated) that takes bookings directly, with no commission: your logo, your colors, your photos. Every booking you move from Booking.com to your own site recaptures commission, and the templated site is part of the subscription, not a booking system you have to buy alongside it. Custom design is a separate one-time package in two tiers, each with a fixed price. For a property already paying for a booking tool on the side, the total maths is positive from the start.

Ready for the 2027 e-invoicing requirement
From 1 January 2027, businesses subject to bookkeeping duties must send electronic invoices (EHF) to business customers registered in the ELMA registry. Gjestly is built for Norwegian tax rules, and the EHF and accounting package is coming soon: when it is ready, we set up everything for you, connected to Fiken. We will not put a date on it until we are close enough to keep it.

Create an account
Register your guesthouse with a card and your organisation number. We charge nothing yet.
Add your guesthouse
Rooms, prices, photos and texts in a simple wizard. Most people finish in an evening.
Publish
The 14 day trial starts when you publish. The first charge comes only if you continue after the trial. If you want to pay yearly, you get 2 months free.
Continue or cancel
You get an email notice 7 and 3 days before the first charge, with a cancel link. If you continue, the subscription starts automatically. If you cancel during the trial, it costs nothing.
Try free for 14 days
You register a card and your Norwegian organisation number at signup, but we charge nothing until the trial is over. You get an email notice at least 7 days before the first charge, with a cancel link. Cancel at any time during the trial, completely free. No lock-in.
Launch price 2026
Your monthly price is locked for 24 months, and until New Year the onboarding help is discounted. 50 % from 3 August 2026 through 30 September 2026, then the discount steps down to full price from 1 January 2027.
